Woman Claims Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Raped Her with Remote Control After She Suggested He Had Role in Tupac’s Murder: Complaint

In the lawsuit, the woman claims the hip-hop mogul raped her using a remote control – and that associates witnessed and also took part in sexual abuse.

She also alleges he threatened to give her “a Glasgow smile” – to cut her face with a knife – and threatened he could harm her and her family if she spoke out

The woman filed a lawsuit against the music mogul in federal court in California

Sean “Diddy” Combs is accused of sexual assault in another lawsuit, with a woman alleging the music mogul raped her after she made a comment suggesting he was involved in the murder of Tupac Shakur.

The woman, Ashley Parham, alleges that Combs raped her in March 2018 in an apartment in Orinda, Calif., according to a copy of the complaint filed in U.S. District Court in Northern California, obtained by PEOPLE

Parham alleges that she was with a man, also named as a defendant in the suit, in February 2018 who was FaceTiming Combs. Parham said she was not “impressed” with Combs because she believed he has “something to do with the murder of rapper Tupac Shakur,” according to the complaint.

Combs allegedly told Parham she would “pay” for her comment.

The following month, Parham alleges she was at the other defendant’s apartment, having been asked to help with his cancer medication, when Combs showed up with several people, including his chief of staff, Kristina Khorram, who was named a defendant in the suit and has been named in a previous suit accusing Combs of misconduct

Parham claims that Combs held a knife to her face and allegedly threatened to cut her face, according to the complaint, which also accuses Khorram of threatening Parham by telling her she could be shipped anywhere in the world and would never see her family again

PEOPLE was not able to immediately reach Khorram or an attorney for her for comment.

After Khorram and another unidentified defendant left the apartment, Parham alleges in the complaint that Combs violently raped her with a remote control and told her that her life was in his hands.

The complaint alleges that Parham later went to the Contra Costa Sheriff to report the alleged rape and mentioned Combs’ name “to no avail,” which led her to assume she would not believed if she used Combs’ name.

PEOPLE reached out to the sheriff’s office for comment but did not receive an immediate response on Wednesday, Oct. 16.

Combs’ reps declined to comment on this new lawsuit, but in a motion in federal court asking to name the mogul’s accusers, Combs’ legal team claimed that that recent suits have been filed “on the heels of more than a dozen lawsuits previously filed and currently pending, several of which have already been discredited but only after irreparably damaging Mr. Combs’ character and reputation.”

“These swirling allegations have created a hysterical media circus that, if left unchecked, will irreparably deprive Mr. Combs of a fair trial, if they haven’t already,” Combs’ attorneys wrote.

In a statement to PEOPLE, Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, the attorney representing the plaintiff, said, “I was horrified by the allegations my client told me and will work vigorously to see she has justice.”
