Travis Kelce’s Surprising Kiss, Marry, Kill Choice Ignites Taylor Swift’s Melodic Retort in ‘So High School’ – A Bonus Track from Tortured Poets Department

In her latest double album, ‘The Tortured Poets Department’, Taylor Swift, a 14-time Grammy Award laureate, appears to have dedicated two songs to her beau, Travis Kelce.

While ‘The Alchemy’ provides clear references, Swift’s fans have also deciphered that ‘So High School’ is a lyrical tribute to the Kansas City Chiefs tight end.

The lyrics hint at a future wedding between Swift and Kelce.

When their relationship came into the limelight last September, an old video of ET Canada surfaced where Kelce was asked to play ‘kiss, marry, kill’ with Swift as one of the options.

In the ‘kiss, marry, kill’ game, Kelce spares Swift the ‘kill’ option, which he assigns to Grande. He opts to ‘kiss’ Swift, who was then just the ‘Anti-Hero’ singer, and ‘marry’ Perry, six years prior to his relationship with Swift.

Swift’s lyrics, ‘Are you gonna marry, kiss, or kill me (Kill me)/It’s just a game, but really (Really)/I’m bettin’ on all three for us two (All three)/Get my car door, isn’t that sweet? (That sweet)/Then pull me to the backsеat (Backseat)/No one’s ever had me (Had me), not like you,’ seem to reflect this.

Their relationship, which became public when Swift attended a Chiefs game against the Chicago Bears at Arrowhead Stadium on September 24, has attracted considerable attention due to their respective popularity.

Swift has been a regular at Chiefs games this season, attending 13 in total, with the team boasting a 10-3 record in those games. She was also present at all four of the Chiefs’ playoff games, including the Super Bowl in Las Vegas, which took place the day after the Japanese leg of her ‘Eras Tour’ concluded in Tokyo.

Kelce has reciprocated by attending Swift’s concerts in Argentina, Australia, and Singapore in recent months.
